How long does it take to build and ship my PC?

We usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

All systems are fully assembled, cable-managed, stress-tested, and professionally packaged before shipping.

Express and same-day options are available for urgent builds when parts are in stock — call us to confirm.

Do you offer a warranty on your PCs?

Yes. G1 PC builds come with a 3-year RTA (Return-To-Base) warranty.

If a part is faulty and we have stock available, we can replace it immediately — no need to wait weeks or months for manufacturer processing.

Our goal is to keep you gaming with the least downtime possible.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to all states and territories.

We use Team Global Express.

Sydney customers can also choose local pickup.
